This offer addresses foreign students with proof of immatriculation at a Frankfurt university and proof of a blocked account.
Renting period is from now on (March 28th at earliest) until September 30th, 2025 (one semester). Registration with the authorities is obligative.
The room is part of a family-house with garden near Nordwestzentrum (a big mall with more than 150 shops in Frankfurt-Heddernheim). Situated in the north of Frankfurt near to the Frankfurt-Riedberg-university-complex with sciences and the Max-Planck-Institute. Bus and underground stations are near. So is a small river in a great park. It's a very nice and quiet location to live and study, especially now in spring and summer, when you can lay in the grass at the river or walk under shady trees.
The room on the first floor with view to the garden is 18m2 and completely furnished with a huge cupboard. Additional >45m² community space and shady garden.
In community-use: Two complete bath rooms and additional toilet. Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, manual and electronic dishwasher, pans, microwave, rice-cooker and dishes. Washing machine and electronic dryer are available in the house.
You are living together with other foreign students (all male for now). All are friendly, social and quiet. English is the standard language within the community.
Monthly rent is Euro 600.- incl. water, energy and heating. Security is Euro 900.-.
