International students (or trainees) need a proof of enrollment at a Frankfurt University and a blocked account. If interested, please tell me something about you, for example what you are studying, how long etc.
The room on the first floor is about 18m² and located at the back of the house with view to the garden. It is very quiet. You can share more than 45m² with other students inside the house and more than 100m² garden.
The room has a wooden bed, a wooden table, seat, shelves, lamps, carpet, a very big wardrobe, tv.
You are living together with other students and starters. The two complete bathrooms with toilets and showers, another separate toilet, the complete furnished kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes etc, are used commonly, as is the washing machine and dryers. In spring or summer you can use and sit in the garden.
Only for single persons, non-smokers. No dogs and cats or animals allowed, because there is carpet floor.
The monthly rent is Euro 600.- incl. water, heating and energy.
A security of Euro 900.- has to be paid in advance. At the end of the renting period it is returned if there are no demands or claims.
You live within 300m to the next supermarket and 500m to the next shopping mall with more than 150 shops, cafes, doctors, swimming baths, registration office, bus- & underground-station etc.

Highway to the city-centre and the forests around Frankfurt are near. Several underground lines to the city and to the university. 3 minutes by foot to the next bus station, 3 minutes to the biggest park of Frankfurt, 10 minutes by bike to the Riedberg-University (sciences).
